HireGenics, Inc. in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Production Operator on a 90 day contract with potential for hire based on attendance and performance. The first shift pays $18.38 per hour.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, identifying components, managing materials and labeling, maintaining a clean 5S workspace, and performing basic quality inspections. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and be able to work in English, with legal US work authorization and strong

• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

• Understand and comply with all PPE requirements.
• Support a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols while maintaining production efficiency and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production tasks in accordance with work instructions, SOPs and quality standards
• Identify components and demonstrate understanding of materials
• Differentiate between standard labeling and special labeling
• Load, unload and replenish materials or components as required
• Maintain work area organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles
• Perform basic visual inspections of materials and finished products
• Demonstrate basic understanding of production schedule, including;
• Reviewing daily production assignments
• Prioritizing and time management
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance in accordance with company policy
• Understand and comply with all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements
• Support a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols while maintaining production efficiency and quality output.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Physical Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25lbs
• Abilit to maintain focus and precision during repetitive assembly tasks
