HireGenics, Inc. in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Production Operator on a 90 day contract with potential for hire based on attendance and performance. The first shift pays $18.38 per hour.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, identifying components, managing materials and labeling, maintaining a clean 5S workspace, and performing basic quality inspections. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and be able to work in English, with legal US work authorization and strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production tasks in accordance with work instructions, SOPs and quality standards.
• Identify components and demonstrate understanding of materials.
• Differentiate between standard labeling and special labeling.
• Load, unload and replenish materials or components as required.
• Maintain work area organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.
• Perform basic visual inspections of materials and finished products.
• Review daily production assignments.
• Prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
• Understand and comply with all PPE requirements.
• Support a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols while maintaining production efficiency and quality output.
