Job summary

HireGenics, Inc. in Buffalo Grove, IL, is seeking a Production Operator for a 2nd shift from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The role focuses on assembly, testing and packaging of electronic and mechanical products following ISO procedures.

The position is a 1-year contract with potential conversion to hire based on attendance and performance; payroll is hourly and paid weekly, with benefits eligibility according to company policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and handle manual tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Demonstrates good attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly, test and packaging of electronic and mechanical products to quality standards.
• Manufactures products using written and verbal work instructions.
• Moves parts and materials to maintain material flow.
• Rotates between operations within a work cell and departments.
• Notifies supervisors if a process is out of compliance.

HireGenics is immediately hiring a Production Operator in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay: $20.21 per hour.

The position will be for 2nd shift

2nd shift 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

1 year contract, convert to hire base on attendance and performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Assembly
• Picking up boxes up to 25 pounds
• Realible transportation
• Can work by themselves or with others.
• Good Attitude
• Follows Directions and open to change
• Can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, Food Service, working on cars, ect…)
• Worked in a fast-paced environment.
• Can Learn Quickly and repeat what was learned.
• Good attendance.

Basic Function

1. 1. Performs assembly, test and packaging of electronic and mechanical products to prescribed quality and production standards and in accordance with ISO procedures.
2. 2. Manufactures products using visual aids, written and verbal work instructions and procedures.
3. 3. Moves parts and materials as needed to maintain an orderly material flow.
4. 4. Rotates between operations within a work cell as well as between departments. Prepares work cell and/or department records.
5. 5. Notifies appropriate personnel if process/method is out of compliance.
