This role operates and sets up plastic extrusion machinery to produce high-quality materials according to precise specifications. The Extrusion Machine Operator loads raw plastic rolls using a stand-up forklift, monitors machine performance, performs quality checks, and maintains accurate production records in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
A Shift (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Every Other Sunday, 6:45AM to 7PM)
B Shift (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Every Other Sunday, 6:45PM to 7AM)
C Shift (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Every Other Sunday, 6:45AM to 7PM)
D Shift (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Every Other Sunday, 6:45PM to 7AM)

The role is based in a very clean, well-lit, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. You will work around industrial plastic extrusion machinery and related production equipment, regularly using a stand-up forklift and precision measuring tools such as gauges, calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to established procedures, with multiple shifts available to support different scheduling needs.
This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, IN.
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
