General Production Worker- Pay up to $23.61/hr- IN.

Location: Franklin, IN

Pay: up to $23.61/hr

Shift: 1st- 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (2/2/3 schedule)

3rd- 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM (2/2/3 schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into production equipment.

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing lines.

• Perform quality inspections and document production data.

• Read specification sheets and follow work instructions.

• Troubleshoot basic machine issues.

• Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials and finished products.

• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English work instructions.

• Willingness to be trained on forklift operation.

• Strong attendance record and job stability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.11 - $23.61/hr.
