Aerotek in Broomfield, CO is hiring Machine Operators for plastics manufacturing. This hands-on role rotates between machine operation, plastic trimming and assembly to support production of safety products used across industries.

You will work on a fast-paced line and maintain quality while meeting production goals. The position is on the 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, with a four-day work week and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of machine operation, press operation, or manufacturing experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet goals.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Machine Operator – Plastics Manufacturing

Pay: 24.75

Schedule: Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week

Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

We are hiring Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturer of industrial safety products, including cable protectors, wheel chocks, ground mats, and traffic safety equipment.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Operators will rotate between machine operation, plastic trimming, and assembly functions while contributing to the production of high-quality safety products used across multiple industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently

• Trim plastic components to meet quality standards

• Assemble finished products according to specifications

• Rotate between production areas as needed

• Monitor machine performance and report any issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines

• Handle wheel chock production equipment and materials weighing up to 30 pounds throughout the shift

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of machine operation, press operation, or manufacturing experience

• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while meeting production goals

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift

• Willingness to work in a warm manufacturing environment, especially during summer months

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in plastics manufacturing

• Plastic injection molding experience

• Assembly and production line experience

• Manufacturing quality inspection experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

• Ability to wear required safety equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toe shoes

Work Environment

This position operates on 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday) . FIRST and THIRD May ALSO BE AVAILABLE The facility is not climate-controlled, creating a warm environment during summer months. Employees are provided hydration support and additional breaks as needed. Safety glasses and steel-toe footwear are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.75 – $24.75/hr.
