Job summary

Aerotek in Lafayette, IN is seeking a General Production Worker Mold Setter to support injection molding operations. You will change molds between runs, set up machines, and maintain safety and quality.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating forklifts and cranes, and performing basic data entry. Training and career growth are provided, with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred; injection molding or mold-setting experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Ability to safely operate production equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lafayette, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
