Job summary

Sensient Technologies is seeking a self-motivated Production Operator to join our team in Victoria, Australia. The role requires a can-do attitude, professional communication, and strong time management with mechanical aptitude to support packaging and production processes.

You will work onsite five days per week, following safety, quality, and sanitation standards while collaborating with colleagues to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Production Operator or process worker in the Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP/GMP, sanitation and personal hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the #1 Priority: maintain safe work practices and product safety.
• Follow site quality procedures and document compliance.
• Pick raw materials and record product and batch information accurately.
• Process/mix and pack production orders according to the daily schedule.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate issues or delays with your supervisor.
• Maintain daily cleaning and housekeeping to keep the area tidy.

We are seeking a self-motivated Production Operator. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential along with exceptional time management, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

As a key member of the Sensient team, you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week.

What you will do:

• Processing/mixing and packing off production orders according to the daily production schedule
• Completing production paperwork
