We are looking for a Process Developer to join our team. This role is based in Saint Louis and includes domestic and international travel to support production trials at partner facilities, with some trips lasting several days or weeks.

What You'll Do

• Support the development, testing, and scale up of new food color products and manufacturing processes.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, research, or product development environment.
• Hands-on experience with precision fermentation and downstream processing, including experience developing, optimizing, or scaling downstream processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
• Flexibility to travel for domestic and international production trials, including extended trips when needed.
