Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Production Technician to operate and optimize the production line in Chandler, AZ. You will set up, run, and troubleshoot complex equipment while ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires basic computer skills, forklift certification, and the ability to communicate issues across departments. Availability for a 6:00am–6:00pm shift and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Willing to become certified in forklift operation.
• Able to work with computers and data entry.
• Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
• Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to perform visual inspection, measurement, and testing according to established procedures.
• Ability to record production data accurately in a computer database.
• Ability to communicate product quality, material availability, and processing issues.

• Take daily direction from the department supervisor and/or lead
