Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical production preferred.
• Ability to lead and train teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develops metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train staff to enhance workforce skills.
• Lead 5S and safety initiatives facility wide.
