Job summary

Cencora's Columbus, OH facility is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations onsite. Under the Manager - Operations, you will lead a team, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement through data and KPI monitoring.

You will mentor operators, edit batch records, manage shift reports, and support onboarding. The role requires a High School diploma and at least 3 years in pharmaceutical production, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing is preferred.
