Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead for pharmaceutical packaging in Columbus, OH. This role reports to the Manager - Operations and focuses on safety, quality, and compliance while developing metrics for continuous improvement.

You will mentor team members, lead 5S and safety initiatives, support packaging processes, and ensure regulatory alignment. The position offers growth through training, mentoring, and self-paced learning while maintaining strict cGMP SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related fields.

Role Overview:

This position supports pharmaceutical packaging operations, reporting to the Manager - Operations. It offers hands-on experience in managing daily departmental activities, focusing on safety, quality, and compliance. The role involves developing and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement, maintaining SOPs in accordance with cGMPs, and mentoring team members to enhance skills. Responsibilities include leading 5S and safety initiatives, assisting with equipment troubleshooting, supporting packaging and quality checks, and managing records such as batch records and shift reports. Candidates will develop leadership skills through training, mentoring, and self-paced learning. The role requires ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting unsafe conditions.
