Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentors and trains operators; leads 5S and safety initiatives.
• Oversees daily operations including payroll, PTO, and performance management.
• Ensures compliance with cGMPs and regulatory requirements; documents incidents and CAPAs.
• Assists in hiring and onboarding of new operators; may troubleshoot packaging equipment.
