Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure | Electrical Products (EP) seeks a Production Manager to lead a multi-shift manufacturing operation in Grand Prairie, TX, with a customer-focused approach.

The role drives safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics by coordinating shifts, developing frontline supervisors, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Collaboration with P&O, EHS, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, operations, or business.
5+ years in progressive manufacturing leadership with frontline supervision.
Strong MS Office skills and solid math background.
Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Execute against customer commitments, production schedules, and throughput targets.
Develop, coach, and support supervisors and frontline teams to strengthen leadership.
Solve production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps proactively.
Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement to increase throughput.
