Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing leader, is seeking a Production Manager for its Monument, CO facility. You will lead a multi-shift operation, ensure safety, drive continuous improvement, and execute production schedules with focus on quality, cost, and output.

Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, you will develop standard work, manage training programs, and ensure timely transitions for new product introductions while maintaining staffing plans across value streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with 5+ years in supervisory roles.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industries preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards are met across a multi-shift operation.
• Develop plans for Supervisors across a 3-shift operation.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate production operations.
• Develop Standard Work for Supervisors.
• Execute production schedules and training plans.
• Drive the Day by the Hour process and manage the daily Scorecard.
• Oversee staffing to meet monthly requirements and quarterly headcount planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee lean CI projects.
