Jabil in Monument, CO is seeking a Production Manager to lead a multi-shift operation, maintain safety culture, and drive performance in quality, cost and output. Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, you will develop standard work, oversee scheduling, and guide training to elevate operational excellence.

You will manage staffing, track daily scorecards, support new product introductions, promote cross-training, and ensure timely training compliance in systems like Compliance Wire and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with leadership roles.
• Experience with regulated industries and lean manufacturing is valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards are met and maintained.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate production operations across multiple shifts.
• Develop standard work and ensure execution of production schedules.
• Manage staffing to meet monthly requirements and coach supervisors.
• Oversee training programs and ensure timely completion in systems like Compliance Wire and Workday.
