Job summary

Do it Best Group in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Print Services Lead to manage daily print operations, schedules, and team activities. You will liaison with clients, coordinate with production staff, and drive continuous improvement in workflow and quality.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent project-management experience and strong organizational and communication skills. Local travel is minimal; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience managing projects.
• Experience managing large projects from print production to distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily print services workflow and monitor job submissions.
• Set and monitor print schedules; lead daily production meetings.
• Coordinate with manager to support operational objectives.
• Provide backup coverage for Digital Press Operator and Mail & Finishing Operator.
• Maintain inventory and submit re-order requests.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team to meet scope and goals.
