AquaPhoenix Scientific in Hanover, PA has an opening for a Production Operations Specialist. This full-time, hourly role supports daily production goals and collaborates across teams to optimize the production life cycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years in quality/manufacturing or similar role.
• Ability to safely operate forklift and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Proficient computer skills to enter data, print/track orders and production records.
• Read/write/speak English; read SOPs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform a wide range of production tasks; resolve issues for safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain knowledge of production life cycle and track results in software.
• Work in a fast-paced environment; prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ensure tasks are completed with attention to detail, quality, and specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; supervise production floor personnel.
• Provide guidance to production floor staff.
