Qualifications

• Strong background in production leadership in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience applying ISO 13485, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma in practice.
• Ability to work with operators, engineers, planners and quality professionals.
• Capable of moving between strategic planning and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Set pace and direction of production, ensuring safe and effective performance.
• Coordinate production plans around demand, capacity, labour, equipment and materials.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve process flow.
• Ensure ISO 13485, GMP and documentation requirements are met.
• Manage and develop production teams with clear objectives and feedback.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to implement improvements.
