Job summary

DSJ Global is recruiting a Production Supervisor in the King of Prussia, PA area. The role leads daily manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while managing staffing and budgets to meet plant objectives.

You will train and develop staff, drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma (SPC & DMAIC), and monitor performance metrics. Strong leadership and communication are essential to success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance targets.
• Manage staffing levels, labor utilization, and departmental budgets to support plant objectives.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure quality standards and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools, including SPC and DMAIC methodologies.
• Monitor performance metrics, enforce safety and standard work practices, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve results.
