Job summary

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with benefits, and involves hands-on lab work, safety compliance, and ongoing process improvements across production cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in chemistry or equivalent and at least 3 years of work experience; or a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
• Experience performing qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses for quality and process control.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, Lean manufacturing, Kanban, and GMP/quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, develop, and prepare chemical solutions and reagents per BOM specifications.
• Optimize production processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, QA, and production planning to develop new and existing products.
• Maintain detailed documentation, batch records, SOPs, and technical training materials.
• Perform quality checks (pH, titrations, conductivity) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and safety procedures in lab operations.
