Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading supervisors and multiple functional areas.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, scheduling, machining, material flow, and warehouse operations.
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 6S, or Kaizen experience.
• Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or similar regulated manufacturing environment.
• ERP/MRP system experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple production, shipping, and receiving teams.
• Coach and develop supervisors into strong leads.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 6S, Kaizen, and other operational excellence initiatives.
• Improve productivity, workflow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Customer Service, Maintenance, HR, and Accounting to solve problems and improve processes.
• Use operational data and KPIs to make smart, informed decisions.
• Create a culture where safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability come first.
• Support budgeting, workforce planning, labor utilization, and cost improvement initiatives.
