Job summary

Koroseal in Louisville, KY is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. You will champion safety, drive lean initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to meet quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and experience with ERP/production scheduling systems. On-site position with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of safety across all areas of the operation.
• Lead quality initiatives to reduce scrap rates and improve consistency.
• Monitor daily schedule attainment and address build plan variances.
• Minimize overtime by increasing capacity through improved equipment uptime.
• Lead efforts to reduce changeover times and audit adherence to standard work.
• Build and maintain a flexible, cross-trained workforce to support business agility.
• Provide direction to supervisors and team leads to foster a safe, high-performance culture.
• Champion CI projects in partnership with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, and design.
• Identify gaps in performance and proactively implement innovative process solutions
