Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business management experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement changes to improve labor utilization and production efficiency.
• Lead, train, and supervise the production staff and departments.
• Oversee all new hire training and ongoing department training.
• Consult with engineering, sales and service management to ensure smooth plant operation.
• Execute company production policies, procedures and standards.
• Set and monitor production, quality, housekeeping and safety standards.
• Create and adhere to department budgets and handle hiring and employee relations.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and participate in meetings.
