Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safe, cost-effective operations and effective staff management across Production, Soil room, and Washroom.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, and training to meet daily production targets, while upholding quality and safety standards and collaborating with maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to guide Soil room and Washroom teams.
• Strong organizational skills with scheduling and staffing control.
• Attention to detail in meeting quality and production standards.

• Familiarity with production safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Exhibit sound leadership in Crown Laundry culture and model respectful behavior.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Work with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Uphold safety by ensuring monthly safety committee meetings and addressing issues.
• Track and communicate production targets using reports and department meetings.
• Ensure production formulas and processes are documented, taught, and followed.
• Handle administrative duties like reporting and HR paperwork.
