Job summary

The position is 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) with an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $24.00 per hour. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 1 year of related experience, and be reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Strong attendance, reliability and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily department efficiencies using reports, calculations, and tracking data.
• Inspect and distribute picked materials to production lines and personnel.
• Continuously monitor order backlog, focusing on express orders.
• Operate department-specific production equipment as needed.
• Ensure equipment settings are accurate and aligned with production needs.
• Guide and support staff to meet required output levels.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist in diagnosing and repairing equipment issues.
• Report safety concerns, policy violations, and quality issues to the Department Supervisor.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and staff adjustments.
• Promote a positive work environment with high morale and performance expectations.
• Maintain strong attendance and punctuality.
• Perform additional department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
