Flexible start times offered between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM for 1st shift in Burr Ridge, IL, with duties including picking, loading, inventory logging, and quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines.
• Operate equipment used in production areas.
• Load and unload equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on production equipment.
• Ensure jobs are prepared and ready for equipment use.
• Read and match item labels to customer requests.
• Match colors, text, and products accurately.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.
• Identify opportunities for improving productivity.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to leadership.
• Follow supervisor directions and safety policies.
• Assist other departments as needed.
