Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs (25 lbs on carts) throughout shifts.
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and cooperate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines.
• Operate equipment used in production areas.
• Load and unload equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on production equipment.
• Ensure all jobs are prepared and ready for equipment use.
• Read and match item labels to customer requests.
• Match colors, text, and products accurately.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.
• Identify productivity improvements and share ideas.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to leadership.
• Follow supervisor directions and assist other departments as needed.
• Work independently and in a team; maintain strong attendance.
