Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to groups of managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Competent with Windows-based software and basic PC tasks.
• Advanced PC skills including Jabil software packages.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield, and productivity goals.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive machine utilization with minimal downtime.
• Highlight issues such as high fallout to supervision for quick resolution.
• Identify and develop operators for equipment handling and throughput improvements.
• Guide operators in required skills and monitor hourly production status.
• Ensure CIQ system is correctly implemented on the production line and standards are met.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
