Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years experience in production/logistics or related role.
• Experience in cost control and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Establish production standards and priorities in collaboration with management.
• Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance, and quality control.
• Review reports to identify nonconformities and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor line metrics and drive reduction of defects and waste.
• Ensure proper stocking of operation supplies and adherence to policies.
