Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Production Operations Lead to manage end-to-end production projects across print, direct mail, digital, and fulfillment channels at our Boston office. You will partner with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate delivery and cost-efficient execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in print production, print operations, direct mail, fulfillment, marketing production, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production projects across print, direct mail, digital, and fulfillment channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business partners, creative teams, fulfillment teams, and external vendors.
• Coordinate print production, procurement, vendor bidding, scheduling, and invoice management to ensure quality and cost‑effective execution.
• Manage direct mail initiatives, including coordination of print vendors, mail houses, mailing lists, and distribution activities.
• Monitor fulfillment inventory levels, recommend print quantities, and support operational reporting and process improvements.
