Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in print production, print operations, direct mail, fulfillment, marketing production, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

As a Production Operations Lead, you will play a key role in delivering customer and participant communications across print, direct mail, digital, and fulfillment channels. Salary range is expected to be between

$61,875.00 USD - $103,125.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
