Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Coordinator to support production operations from intake to completion. You will work with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional client experiences throughout the production lifecycle.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with on-site presence and a focus on cross-functional coordination across many departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a professional work setting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and client-facing services with a welcoming, organized experience.
• Coordinate production support projects from intake through completion under Senior Manager.
• Partner with Client Experience, Facilities, Labor, Property, Production, and clients.
• Manage project schedules, labor, and operational activities with proactive communication.
• Track project budgets, approvals, estimates, billing, labor distributions, codes, and docs.
• Maintain project trackers, Archibus services tickets, calendars, and reporting.
