Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital, social media, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience monitoring social media platforms, digital trends, and online conversations.
• Solidwritten and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social listening and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile and share daily NBCUniversal and industry news roundups.
• Monitor traditional, digital and social media for trends and sentiment.
• Prepare social listening summaries and support Sprout Social monitoring.
• Conduct ad hoc research to support strategies and briefings.
• Manage Airtable workflows, calendars, and publishing schedules.
• Coordinate photography and visual assets for corporate channels.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure assets are current.
• Support publishing and QA across websites and social channels.
