Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC seeks an experienced Remittance Processing Associate to ensure accurate and timely handling of customer payments in a lockbox operation. This on-site, overnight role requires prior lockbox experience and knowledge of remittance processing practices.

You will prepare payments, manage equipment, and address adjustments and exceptions. The position is based on-site in Bolingbrook, Illinois, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, inventory control, and collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior or current lockbox experience preferred
• Knowledge of remittance and item processing procedures
• Ability to identify errors in calculations and balances
• Ability to organize, assemble, and sequence work efficiently
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work the overnight, on-site schedule

Job Description

As a Remittance Processing Associate, you’ll support the accurate and timely processing of customer payments in our lockbox operation. You’ll prepare payments for processing, handle exception items, research adjustments, and help maintain remittance processing equipment and supplies. This is an on-site, overnight position in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and prior or current lockbox experience is required.

Sunday – Thursday 7am-3~30pm. Off Friday and Saturday
