Job summary

FIS Management Services is seeking an entry-level team member for on-site night shifts in a collaborative, hands-on role. You will prepare customer payments for processing and coordinate with the team to maintain remittance processing equipment, research adjustments, and handle exception items.

The position requires lockbox experience or related processing knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior or current lockbox experience.
• Knowledge of remittance and item processing procedures.
• Ability to identify errors in calculations and balances.
• Ability to organize, assemble, and sequence work efficiently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with computer processing systems and related equipment.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work the required overnight, on-site schedule.

Location: 270 Remington Boulevard, Suite A & B, Bolingbrook, IL 60440

Schedule: Friday night to Monday night 9pm to 4:30 am, Tues, Wed and Thurs nights off.
