Job summary

FIS is seeking an Remittance Processing Associate to support accurate and timely processing of customer payments in the lockbox operation. This on-site, overnight role is located in the Canton/Bolingbrook area with required lockbox experience.

Responsibilities include preparing payments, researching adjustments, and maintaining equipment and supplies. You'll work Sunday–Thursday, 7am–3:30pm, alternating weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior lockbox experience required.
• Knowledge of remittance and item processing procedures.
• Ability to identify errors in calculations and balances.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work the overnight, on-site schedule.

Job Description As a Remittance Processing Associate, you’ll support the accurate and timely processing of customer payments in our lockbox operation. You’ll prepare payments for processing, handle exception items, research adjustments, and help maintain remittance processing equipment and supplies. This is an on-site, overnight position in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and prior or current lockbox experience is required. Location: 10 Dan Road Canton, MA 02021 Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 7am-3:30pm. Off Friday and Saturday Work arrangement: On-site Entry level pay
