PopUp Bagels in Meriden, CT is seeking a Production Operations Analyst to own BatchMaster daily MRP activities and ensure accurate production batches, inventory transactions, and purchasing data. This role supports AI-enhanced reporting and real-time decision making for a fast-growing manufacturing and distribution environment.

You will collaborate with production, warehouse, and finance teams to maintain data integrity, optimize reorder points, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus on supply chain, analytics, or operations.
• 0–2 years in production planning, inventory control, or data analysis.
• Experience with BatchMaster or similar ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own BatchMaster daily MRP activities and be the system owner.
• Produce reports and trends using BatchMaster and AI tools.
• Create, schedule, and close production batches and work orders.
• Record production output and inventory movements accurately.
• Process inventory transactions including receipts and transfers.
• Maintain master data for items, formulas, and vendors.
• Support daily reorder process and supplier communications.
• Prepare daily/weekly production and inventory reports.
