Job summary

United Premium Foods is seeking an entry-level Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, and business process improvement at our Woodbridge, NJ facility. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to develop dashboards and validate data.

Ideal candidates have a recent degree, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. On-site role with growth opportunities in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience involving data analysis, reporting, or business analytics.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or food production environments.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience presenting data and insights through dashboards or business reports.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational and inventory data.
• Monitor KPIs and assist with trend analysis.
• Assist with inventory reporting and data accuracy reviews.
• Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Learn and support ERP system processes and reporting functions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
• Promote and uphold a strong workplace safety culture in compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Perform administrative and operational support tasks as required to ensure the efficient functioning of the sales organization.
