Job summary

Adler Pelzer Group is seeking a Production Operator in Oregon and Ohio to operate press or other machinery and ensure output meets customer requirements. This role works as a team member to support overall objectives.

Responsibilities include starting production, maintaining safe equipment operation, completing production sheets, and producing quality finished goods while meeting quantity and labeling standards. Overtime and lifting up to 50 pounds are expected.

Responsibilities

  • Begin production as scheduled at the start of shift.
  • Ensure all manufacturing equipment is safe to operate, with guards and stop buttons functioning prior to production.
  • Complete operator production sheets or checklists as required.
  • Manufacture products so finished goods meet customer requirements in quality, quantity, packaging, and labeling.
  • Produce production reports as required.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the work area and throughout the plant.
  • Follow APPS and Lean Manufacturing directives and instructions.
  • Accept assignments and other responsibilities to support team objectives.
  • Understand and comprehend operational work instructions.
  • Work overtime as needed, which may include weekend work.
  • Maintain good attendance and dependability.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds overhead as needed.
  • Stand for long periods of time.

Adler Pelzer Group is a global Tier One supplier of acoustic and soft trim products to the automotive industry. The company is seeking Production Operators for manufacturing operations in Oregon and Ohio.

The Production Operator operates press or other machinery to manufacture automotive products, ensuring output meets customer requirements. This role works as a team member to support overall objectives.

  • Begin production as scheduled at the start of shift.
