Job summary

Adler Pelzer Group is seeking Production Operators for its manufacturing operations in Oregon and Ohio. The Production Operator will operate press or other machinery to produce high-quality automotive acoustical and trim products, following work instructions and safety rules.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to meet customer requirements. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work overtime including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand operation instructions.
• Lift 50 pounds overhead as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Begin production as scheduled at start of shift.
• Ensure equipment is safe and guards are functioning.
• Produce products meeting quality and packaging standards.
• Submit production reports as required.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the plant.
• Follow APPS and Lean Manufacturing directives.
• Support team objectives as needed.
• Understand and follow operational work instructions.
• Overtime/weekend work may be required.
• Maintain attendance and dependability.
