Job summary

Helion is seeking a motivated MIG Welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The candidate will perform production MIG welding using .052 wire, welding at 27–30 amps with wire speeds around 400–500, and read blueprints to weld structural components including joists, I-beams, and connections.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality welds while meeting production goals and working effectively with a crew in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and weld symbols to guide welds.
• Ensure welds meet structural requirements for joists, I-beams, webs, plates, stiffeners, and brackets.
• Maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production MIG welding using .052 wire.
• Weld at 27–30 amps with wire speeds around 400–500.
• Weld parts that have been fit-up and prepared.
