Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking experienced MIG welders to join our fabrication shop in a full-time role. You will weld structural steel using MIG (GMAW) processes and perform 3G/4G welds, reading welding symbols and blueprints, while adhering to safety procedures.

The position offers first shift hours (6:00am-4:30pm) with OT as necessary, competitive benefits, and a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement in a supportive shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or related experience as a certified structural welder.
• Ability to pass 3G and 4G weld tests using the GMAW process on 3/8" material.
• Must read welding symbols and blueprints.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel members using MIG (GMAW) wirefeed processes.
• Weld in 3G and 4G positions according to safety-oriented procedures.
• Read welding symbols and understand testing requirements.
• Follow proper safety instructions.
• Work in a team environment.
• Perform other duties as needed by supervision.
