Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise welding operations on various metal components, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects and steel fabrication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment where quality and efficiency are paramount.

Responsibilities
  • Weld to the specifications called out from print.
  • Maintain or excel at the speed of an existing production weld line.
  • Weld an accurate rendering of a customer’s part from print.
  • Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding.
  • Maintain welder equipment, set up welding machine, changing tips and or nozzles, as necessary.
  • Changing wire for welding needs.
  • Perform tuning on heat and or wire as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED
  • Minimum 2 years’ Production MIG Welding experience
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for employers.
  • Is skillful in the operation of various types of weld machines, whips, and wire sizes.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and manufacturing methodology.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and finish assigned tasks and paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Strong math and organization skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Must successfully pass the established “Weld Test.”
