Job summary

CesiumAstro in Westminster, CO is seeking an Associate Manager of Production & Material Planning to coordinate production scheduling, MRP, and demand/supply alignment for program execution. You will lead a team of planners and partner across Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Quality to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, compliance with AS9100 and maintaining audit-ready documentation in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 4–7 years in supply chain planning or procurement, with 2–5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, material planning, scheduling, and MRP logic.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and FAR/DFARS/AS9100 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master production schedule development, maintenance and execution.
• Align production plans with capacity, labor, materials, and program requirements.
• Monitor schedule performance and mitigate delays.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and PM.
• Coach and develop a team of Production and Material Planners.
• Ensure planning data integrity in ERP/MRP systems and compliance with AS9100.
