Job summary

Panduit in the United States is seeking an Inventory and Materials professional to ensure accurate inventory control and timely material flow across production. The role emphasizes Oracle-based transactions, cycle counts, reconciliations, and material verification to keep production moving.

You will coordinate replenishment, resolve discrepancies with Production and related teams, and maintain orderly, traceable storage.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in inventory management and material handling.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP).
• Strong data entry, time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material replenishment for work orders to keep stock levels optimal.
• Verify raw materials, labels, bags and supplies against work orders in Oracle.
• Record scrap, returns and other movements in Oracle and order systems.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate variances and resolve shortages with teams.
• Ensure materials are available and stored with traceability.
