Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a Production Manufacturing Technician to work onsite with our customer in Sauk Rapids, MN.

Here's what you will receive:

• Pay: $17 - $23 DOE
• Duration: Temp to Hire
• Schedule: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

• Perform general labor tasks such as loading/unloading cleaning equipment, assembly, inspection, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, flow, and function testing, bagging, packaging, and related duties.
• Operate microscopes, profilometers, lapping machines, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, and testing equipment for leak, flow, and function.
• Operate ultrasonic wash, electro-polish, and insert installation stations.
• Monitor supplies and manage material reordering systems.
• Follow and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed based on the schedule.
• Work in clean room, clean line, or assembly areas as workflow requires.
• Adhere to Talon's Standard Operating Procedures related to manufacturing duties.
• Use PPE properly, including coveralls, boots, hairnets, face shields, gloves, etc.
