Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Prioritize safety, follow all safety policies, and assist others in working safely.
  • Identify and troubleshoot poor performing bushings and positions; implement corrective actions.
  • Control bushing melt rates and maintain optimal temperature profiles.
  • Monitor, adjust, and repair forming processes and chopper operations, including routine maintenance.
  • Ensure product quality and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist fiber formers to optimize process performance.
  • Maintain process alignment to specifications and complete logs and audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Manufacturing experience, with prior glass operations experience beneficial but not required.
  • At least three years of manufacturing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in high-temperature environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, and work at heights.
Work Authorization and Travel:
  • Some travel may be required.
  • I9 verification required.
