• Connecting with clients over Zoom and phone calls
• Scheduling consultations with clients who request our benefits
• Presenting customized insurance and benefit options
• Completing applications and walking clients through their coverage
• Participating in ongoing (optional) training sessions
• Building long-term relationships by providing exceptional support
